Dear Sir:

I am an Ohio resident who has been dealing with the problems of nuisance Canada geese, I recently read in the newspaper that the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service has proposed to establish a new Special Canada Goose Permit to provide for more efficient methods of controlling resident breeding Canada geese. Through this letter I am stating my support of this permit, and would like my letter to go on the record as such.

You have no doubt received opposing opinions voiced by animal rights and anti-hunting groups, people who have no concern for or understanding of the damage that I must tolerate. This permit will give my state's wildlife agency the ability to better address the needs of others and myself. Please do not let the emotional pleas of a few overrule the need of rational citizens with legitimate wildlife damage complaints.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
