I request that a copy of the following documents be provided to me:

Complete copies of all written comments received from: i) the public, ii) private and commercial organizations, and iii) other government agencies, including the military, in response to the "Draft Environmental Assessment, Canada Goose Population Management in Anchorage, Alaska, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service September 1997."

In order to help determine my status so that you may assess fees, you should know that I am requesting this information on behalf of the above named not-for-profit organization and as such the materials will not be used for commercial purposes.

I am willing to pay fees for this request to a maximum of $25. If you estimate that fees will exceed that limit, please inform me of the estimated cost before incurring liability on my behalf.

However, I hereby request a waiver of all fees for this request. Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and/or activities of government. The comments will be compiled in overview form and made available to the public in various formats, including electronically via the internet.
